The new tool will be available for access soon. You can log in and begin using it at that time.

Please follow the steps below based on your user type:
For Travel Agencies (B2B):

Access the new tool via the partner login process on our website at www.goindigo.in.

IndiGo offers a single sign-on process, allowing you to use your existing login credentials. After logging in, click the "Group Booking" tab to be redirected to the new tool’s dashboard, where you can manage your bookings.
For Direct Customers (B2C):
- Visit www.goindigo.in and click on the "Group Bookings" section under the "Book" tab to access the new tool.
- Existing customers can log in using their current user ID (email address). On your first login, you’ll need to re-validate your account using the “Forgot Password” option. A system-generated email will be sent to your registered email address.
- After logging in, please complete your profile by adding your city, country, and address. These are mandatory fields, so you can raise new requests and modify existing bookings.
- To register as a new customer, simply click "Sign Up."

Ensure that all your future bookings have been migrated to the new tool. You can verify this by checking your bookings on the tool’s dashboard, where you can filter by date range. Once verified, you can submit names, make payments, and manage your bookings as needed.

Yes, you can use your existing credentials to access the new tool, if you are a travel agency partner.

All future bookings (with travel dates after the migration date) will be migrated to the new tool, except for partially flown bookings (e.g., round-trip bookings where one leg of the trip has already been completed). These bookings will not be included in the migration.

The old tool will not be available, you will be redirected to the new tool.

You can find a user manual within the new tool’s dashboard.

Yes, you can manage existing PNRs for future travel dates in the new tool, including updating names, making payments, additional services like meal, seat, excess baggage, etc.

The new tool offers a seamless experience with enhanced functionality. For a complete overview of new features, please refer to the user manual available within the tool.

You can search for and access your existing PNRs by using the PNR number or the associated new request number in the search option within the new tool.
